Digital Communications
With digital communicator installations your alarm system is connected to an alarm receiving centre via a dedicated phone line. When an alarm is triggered, the alarm receiving centre receives notification and calls the relevant emergency service. DUALCOM GRADSHIFT COMMUNICATORS
Wireless 4G dual-path signalling at any grade, with unrivalled management tools. Our dual-path signalling solution utilises a combination of two Radio paths or one Radio and one LAN path to signal an alarm. Each SIM operates on an independent network from the other for total resilience. GradeShift Pro 2 is also compatible with CSL Live and the My Base App.
GradeShift Pro Radio/Radio uses two active 4G WorldSIMs, each with their own radio module, one as the primary and one as the secondary path. A third standby SIM acts as a backup to the primary SIM on the primary path. GradeShift Pro LAN/Radio uses LAN connectivity for its primary path and a 4G WorldSIM as its secondary path. A standby WorldSIM is also supplied. Each SIM operates on an independent network from the other for total resilience.

The SmartCom has advanced features, such as Ethernet and Wi-Fi (2.4Ghz), DHCP addressing, remote connection without port forwarding, and the use of Texecom Cloud service. It comes with a simple user web page for Wi-Fi configuration, making installation hassle-free.
Compatibility
This device is compatible with Premier Elite panels with V4.00 firmware or later, and comes as a separate module connected to two COM ports within the panel. Additionally, the system is compatible with a wide range of Texecom Digital Services, such as Texecom Cloud, Texecom Monitor, and Texecom Connect, when using a SmartCom or SmartCom 4G communicator.
